Reservations are confirmed once payment or a valid guarantee is received. A confirmation reference will be sent to your registered email and phone number.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.

We collect personal information (name, contact details, identification, and stay preferences) solely to process your bookings and personalise your experience.

Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service partners only where necessary to fulfil your requests.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our reception team.

All in-app transactions are encrypted. Payment details are processed through certified, PCI-compliant providers.

We retain booking records only as long as required by law and for legitimate business purposes.

This application is provided for the personal use of resort guests and members. Any misuse, including fraudulent bookings or unauthorised access, may result in account suspension.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

To respect all guests, quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
